Late afternoon in deep redwoods. Warm light streaming through the cracks in the forest. No one else around – weekdays in West Marin are quiet.

This crew was on a road trip, traveling through the area on their annual family vacation. The stars aligned for a break between some late-season winter storms.

It was late in the day for their toddler, so we kept it fun & short. We explored the boardwalks, took breaks in the sunny spots to soak up some warmth, and quickly made a little loop through my favorite section of forest.
